Article 1 (Application)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

These Terms of Service (\u201cTerms\u201d) set forth the conditions for using the application “UnderWolf” (\u201cApp\u201d). Users shall agree to these Terms before using the App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Article 2 (Prohibited Conduct)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the App:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Posting violent, obscene, discriminatory, or offensive content<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Infringing upon the copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other rights of others<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Defamation, harassment, threats, or similar acts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Posting spam, advertisements, solicitations, or other commercial content<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Being involved with or having ties to antisocial forces<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Acts that interfere with the operation of the App<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the operator<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    \n\n\n\n

    Article 3 (User-Generated Content)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Users warrant that the content they post (text, images, videos, etc.) is their own work or that they have legitimate rights to it, and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Users grant the operator a free, non-exclusive license to use posted content (including reproduction, public transmission, modification, and translation) for the purpose of operating and promoting the App.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Responsibility for posted content rests solely with the user.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n\n\n\n

      Article 4 (Reporting and Blocking)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Users may report inappropriate content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. The operator will investigate and respond to reported content, aiming to do so within 24 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Users may mute or block other users.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \n\n\n\n

        Article 5 (Accounts)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Users may delete their accounts at any time via the App. Upon deletion, related data such as posts and profiles will be erased, except where retention is required by law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. The operator may suspend or delete a user\u2019s account without prior notice if the user violates these Terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Users are responsible for managing their account information (e.g., email address, password) and will be held responsible for any use by third parties.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \n\n\n\n

          Article 6 (Provision and Suspension of the Service)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          1. The operator may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the App without prior notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. The operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of such changes, suspension, or termination.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
            \n\n\n\n

            Article 7 (Damages)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            If a user violates these Terms and causes damage to the operator or a third party, the user shall be liable to compensate for such damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n\n\n\n

            Article 8 (Disclaimer)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            1. The operator shall not be responsible for any disputes arising between users or between a user and a third party.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. The operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of posted content.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              \n\n\n\n

              Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              The operator shall handle users\u2019 personal information appropriately in accordance with the separately established Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n\n\n\n

              Article 10 (Amendment of Terms)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              The operator may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms shall take effect when posted within the App or on the operator\u2019s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n\n\n\n

              Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n\n\n\n

              This document is a translation. In case of conflict, the Japanese version shall prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
